Thanks for the new Bugs... errr.. I mean Update!

This latest update has brought us at least one really big bug. How it got by test, well, we know how that goes LOL

Biggest and Baddest Bug I've seen yet is with Cannons. Walk up to cannon, get the green circle, press Shift, you bump right off while circle turns blue. Just like with wheel bug. Added to this, some cannons won't give you a green circle at all! This was in SVS, don't know if it's going on with regular ships. But the last ship I was on, a Frigate, I was unable to man a single cannon. Only one gave a green circle which I couldn't man, others gave nothing. TP'ing off ship and back allowed me to use the single cannon that gave a green circle, until getting sunk, that is.. then back to nothing.

Smaller bug, French & Spanish ships that look like Friendlies, that is, they don't assume their country's Colors, but still act like SVS ships. Luckily, Compass still shows their True Colors hehe.

Ahh, you know how you can stand in each other during Invasions? It's like that all the time now. No more innocent fun of bumping afk's off docks and into the water, hehe.
Why Disney did this, I'm not sure. It's been cause for plenty of innuendo waiting for Invasions to start, now we'll get to hear it all the time.. LOL

Well.. since the update I've been unable to sign into pirates... have been trying for over an hour.. continue to get error message the potco has encountered a problem and needs to shut down..... WAAA..

Yup i cant log in it keeps saying "Updating Game 0%! i've waited hours and hours and one more hour still 0%! oh and that is after updates too!

Unable to play since last night.

It seemed like it updated OK, then goes to a new never seen before loading screen showing basic game tips,,, that takes FOREVER, eventually got me pirates up on the screen,,, selected one and tried to get into me usual sea, got to a regular familiar loading screen,,, and after close to an hour waiting I just closed the program,,, trying again as we speak this morning and not doing very well....

We got an update again today, but still same bugs in SVS. It's so bad I've been on ships where people are just standing around because not one cannon is available to use.

Is it just me, but is the "You can not dock while under fire" thing is gone? I'm already seeing players taking advantage of this.

Yeah I had a guy port as I rained fury on him earlier today ( I reworded this to be politicaly correct LOL ) and yes the cannon thing stinks every time you get sunk you lose the cannon you or somebody else had been on as a option or thats how it seems to progress

it took me like 5 minutes for the game to update. occasionally i freeze up, but not often. i sort of like the new updates. not the bugs though.

Update was done yesterday, cannon bugs seem to have been fixed, yah!

Now, if only they would add the sounds back when your ship gets hit. IMO, that was a BAD move on their part.

My favorite past time is watching the grass grow while logging in - and I clean house while I tp. Next time I tp to help a KO guildie I think I'll put up me Christmas tree.
