Phase files?
I feel kinda stupid for asking this, 'cause it seems everyone knows about them, but what are the "phase files"? I have been seeing people posting pictures from the phase files.

I've looked through the resources file on my Mac, but that turned up nothing.
I see no phase files anywhere in the Mac version. :-/ CS~ |

It may or may not work anymore, But theres a tutorial somewhere on toontowncentral, Let me find the link.

Also James, someone e-mailed D about them looking at the Phase Files, and they said that as long as it doesn't mess up other peoples game, they can do it. |
