It sounds like the same person for me, all though it could be computer-generated. If its something different, its very close.

There are some old Jolly Roger sounds in the phase files that sound similar to the ones' on the site, so it's probably the same guy.

The new one cheats too. I did an invasion on Monday and it lasted about 10 mins and I heard the phrase where he come to the land but nobody ever saw him. I never saw him on the map yet he won, and the town was on fire, in Padres. I did at least get 600 notoriety.
