New sailing bug?
Ok, so today for the first time, just about everytime time that I launch me ship, there is nothing around but water. No other ships, no islands, NOTHING.
Even the island disapperars as you pan the camera 360. If I take the helm, still no ships around, if I leave the helm and move about the ship, still cant see anyone else, if I get to a cannon, still nothing. Oh, and before you say, well, maybe there were no ships around. Nope! That's not it! I can see them on the compass, many and close nearby. I can actually sail blinded and got engaged by invisible to me ships, problem is that once you sail away then you lose sight from your originating island and you are done. Anyone else having this annoying problem? |

Interesting, but I haven't seen this, nor anyone that I know of.

Haven't seen this one, but have had several guild mates complain & report on glitched enemies on Flag ships. They are losing their ships & cargo due to this glitch...

OK, so it seems like I'm the only one suffering this glitch. It just happened again so here are some pix.
By panning the camera you can get the silhouette of PDF and even the masts of my seemingly submerged ship. If you look on the compass, some ships are very close yet all you can see if endless ocean. |

You are not the only one
 I have launched my ship to empty seas as well. Also ghost ships with the name above nothing and just a water swirl. But they can still attack and sink you, but you cannot sink them  Boarding ships especially collossus have been an issue with enemies that do not die even at zero health. One way my guild has found to save the cargo and get rid of that glitch is to have one crew mate get knocked out. The enemy then resets or something and can be defeated. Pirate sacrafice.

just got it but with only port royal gone. i think it happened that from a cuba launch and has happend before for me.
