Where to level for pistol and staff
Hi. I was wonderin' if any of you scallywags would tell me where to level up my pistol. I am only a level 11 in it.
ALSO I also want to know where i should level my staff( level 12 in it.) Thanks!!! |

When it comes to pistol, one of my favorite place for those 'middle' levels is The Catacombs on PDF (lots of level 18-25 undeads to shoot at). Now this of course is based on 'current' open layout. I have not determined any leveling strategies with the test content, as I have been really testing the environment for problems.
Staff, I always wile away my time on the formation of vets at Kingshead, does get old after awhile, but I tend to stick with it till the upper levels. In which case I save them to progress as I play the game, the staff being a powerful weapon, it levels naturally as I play (being used in many situations).

i dont know about pistol but staff you could go to the catacombs
and use it the place where there is a group of undeaeds and have a bonestaff in the middle |

Where i went to get my pistol level up to 20, is i went to padres del fuego beach and killed the raider boss, plenty of times. Using ranged on the raider boss, he will hit like 400 on you, then switch to cutlass and stay there and not do anything but sit there and stare.

Like zep said the caves are a great place but with disney re-doing them I would have to say for now.. cutthroat and isla canjerous beaches are your best bet.

Staff:
Army of Navy Vets on Kingshead using Wither. Then use staff on Darkheart. When you get Desolation, go to the Gold Room in the Cursed Caverns on Isla Tormenta. Pistol: Undead Timothy Dartan or General Hex. Use Hex Eater Shot on them because it takes away their voodoo and they can't attack. Then go to Cursed Cavens and use Hex Eater Shot again on Brinescum and Molusk's. Well I hope this covers it! |
