pvp glitch?

i ve seen people do this glitch! its wierd doing a pvp match in the city of tortuga!!

it seems so cool! how do you do it!!!!!!????

I used to ask people how to do it, but they never told me. Not alot of people do it anymore though because it sticks when some people dont go and do it right.
