ban forever glitch

My pirate has been on a hold for over 24 hours!
and when I try to log in it still says that my account has been on a 24 hour hold!I know a pirate and hes like a glitch master and just a phew hours before i think he glitched me he said " have you ever been haunted by the eternal hold glitch nick?" i'm nick by the way does anyone know how to get rid of the glitch?!

When you tried to log in, had your 24 hour time limit already ended in the first place?

I would call Disney and asked if this pirate did it or it was just you. If he did do that ask Disney to go through the chat log.

even when a ban is up before you can be allowed back in game you have to log in from the web site and agree to the terms of use once again

Sometimes they force you to call and verbally accept the terms of use once they explain to you what you did wrong. When they do that however, they make you call and leave a message, and they call you back.
