I can payment by paypal. but admin tell me say this

"available to pay only area US."

Real or not, if true, I can pay which way payment for upgrade?

Do they sell 30 day or 90 day prepaid cards that you can use? Check Target and CVS.

This is a good question. We hear this all the time from our international guildmates.

Some answers:
1) I doubt that you can walk into your local store and by prepaid access cards. There may be a place or two in Thailand where you can, but there may not.
2) There are a few places that you might try on the web. Best Buy.com, Target.com. Buy a prepaid card from them, then cash it in for unlimited access.
3) Get a friend or guildmate to buy the cards for you, and you pay them. There is some risk involved, since there is a matter of trust involved.
4) Get a Friend or guildmate to upgrade your account direct, and then you pay them. Again, a matter of trust is involved.

I play in UK and I can use paypal, the reason u can is that with the paypal option u do not have to type in a US zip code as your paypal account acts as your bill.
With the other credit card options you need a US address for billing.
IF u can get hold of a pre paid disney card, like maybe if u have a disney store in thailand u can also access the upgraded game with this.
Paypal is global I imagine u can set up an account with them easily.

I know you can't use PayPal for Best Buy online.
Like previously said, I'd suggest a pre-paid card. Pre-paid cards are game access cards that are purchased from retail stores. That way, you don't have to go directly through Disney. What popular retail stores do you have there (if any)?

My question is, how would you pay that person? Is that even legal for members to pay for other members' accounts? Would the person paying for your account need to know some of your personal information first? If I know Disney even a little then I'm thinking no. Unless we can ask them this ourselves we'll never know.

To stay on the safe side I wouldn't let other people pay for my account.

A) I said there was some risk involved.

And

B) This would have to be someone you trust implicitly. A VERY close friend.
