When did this happen?
When did this happen? I have been playing my mastered pirates so I have not had any quests to complete. Today I decided to finish off a loose end on a pirate that's not mastered and this popped up when I completed a task? Is this new and when did this start?

Aye, as akamystic stated this is one of the new features that Disney rolled out with the new Padres Del Fuego. It's supposed to help you track your current notoriety better.

Aye. I do like that it graphically shows how much rep in relation to your current notoriety reputation you got from that quest - the gained rep is yellow while the rep you already had is red.
Now if it showed graphically how far into the overall quest you've completed, that'd be even better.
