EITC investigators!

Hello this is joere444 with another Daily/Weekly/Monthly segment. This one is the investigation of the EITC! I know noone gets anywhere when trying to do this. So.... I decided to spin a twist on the said investigations. I am going to travel across the pirates map, and ask all the people like Carver, Derby Dock, William Turner, and Josie Mcreedy their opinions. You will see a pirate named robert Plant he is our OTCO news reporter. He tell's us everything we need to know, or atleast what he thinks we need to know lol.
