Have you noticed the new "disclaimer" that pops up when you ask to befriend a new pirate?

NO I hadnt, but I like what it says.

As a moderator in Nick's forums, I signed up on the PHF site (Pixie Hollow) and even made a test "Fairy" just to see the game (not my thing for sure).
You friend another fairy in that game, not only does it not warn you (may have been changed), but it instantly makes them a DxD friend as well, where you can see them wherever they are.
I didnt like that personally.

Yes I have seen it. Its a nice addition. Its finally using the players list as well, although when ppl are in your list, their name shows up in pirates as "dxdname is online" rather than their pirate name. I'd prefer that reflect their pirate name, might be an option for that I didn't investigate it yet.

That was my first reaction, but thinking about it it makes sense. I f a player has 3 pirates, what pirate name would it show on the list? The DXD name is the name of the player who owns the pirates, so their name appears on the"Players" List.

When the player logins in a pirate you get 2 messages: 1. "DXDName has Come online" and 2. "PiratesName has come online". So you'll easily know who is who. Also, if you click on the DXDname on your players list it will show the profile of whatever pirate he or she has online. If the player is not online a blank profile appears when you click on the name. I don't know what happens if that player has more then one pirate online.

I also don't know what issues might come up where several people are on one account say like a family or something like that. But it might be something that parents want to think out.

I asked a pirate to be friend today...it looks like when you add a new friend, it automatically adds the XDX one too. Once I added her, she was on "Friends" as her pirate's name and on "Players" as hers XDX name...I was like "WHAT!!!!!"

Sounds like you used the wrong invite. There are two. The one under the Crew Mug is the Pirates Friends. It looks like two pirates holding hands. AWWWW! The other is below the PVP icon. It just looks like two paper dolls holding hands. That one is the Player Friend icon.

Well I can answer this one. It only shows the pirate that they logged in on the account that you are friended to. They cannot log in the same account twice. They have to log in two seperate accounts (that may or may not be linked). If they regularly play on two accounts, then you would need to "Player" friend both accounts to be sure to see all the pirates they would bring online.

PS - The only exception I found to having the same account logged in twice is if you are in the Live Server and the Test Server at the same time. You can use the same account to log into both at the same time. And it does not show the "player" friends you have on the Live server on the test server and vice versa. The test server is like a whole different world lol.

I do like the new addition, however, the "player" list is still kind of annoying. A lot of people's "players" have names that get me confused as to who the actual pirate is. For example, their player name may be JohnDoe when their pirate is something totally different. It's also aggravating that so many people's player names are Guest84523 or whatever. It just gets too confusing for me.
