I just have a training build:1 each for Hack, Slash, Cleave, Flourish, Thrust, Sweep, Taunt, Blade Storm; 5 for Parry, Brawl, Endurance (Brawl getting the points first, then Parry, then Endurance). With everyone having to go through the combo to get the higher moves, I don't like it as much, and thinking about it isn't so tough anymore, with less viable builds ultimately being available.
I suppose there could be a combo cutlass, 5 points in the Flourish and Cleave (10), 1 in Hack, Slash and Cleave (13), 5 in Blade Storm and Brawl since they'd help you hand to hand and chasing (23), with 3 filler, maybe one in Parry for that potential occasional blow being deflected and 2 for Endurance; there could be a survival build (being the most effective when your cutlass isn't draw and when your opponent's cutlass or dagger aren't as well), with 5 in Blade Storm and Brawl for the quick damage and the stop (10), 5 in the passives (20), 2 for Hack and Slash (22), and 4 for Sweep or something; there could be some combo of the two above, but eh.
Then there could be a build that maximizes Parry at the expense of Brawl, 3/5 instead of 5/3, etc., whichever one you'd think helps more. If you don't like Parry, you could just as well be up for Endurance in it's place--you could also add points to Cleave or Sweep instead of the passives should neither suit your fancy. Sweep is a good move in non-PvP situations (I don't think you'll ever be surrounded by too many enemies), but Brawl and Storm outshine it. I doubt a full combo.
