I noticed this when fighting off some high level Navy dudes. Good feature, makes it more realistic!

Know what's funny? Most of the new updates, I had sent a "Contact Us" with some suggestions similar to them. My suggestions included a change to how enemies attack, possibly switching between players surrounding them, fixing up the Whisper function, and some other suggestions. Most of them seemed to happen. Maybe they do read what we send them, lol.
