As a matter of fact, I think the health resets once you lose the attack?
So how would it carry damage from a previous battle?

just wanted to relate my experience with grenades.

okay, I haven't made any claims about special skills or abilities.
I didn't claim this win by having any incredible stats or gaming skills.
I have no other reason for telling this "tale" other than to relate what happened to me by chance.
In fact I have mentioned the word luck more than once in this thread.
There is no reason to have made this up and then be heckled here.
I'm not sure why I am being interrogated in this regard, so...

the grenades suck
they are useless
and I have no interest in them.
Nothing of any interest has ever happened to me with regard to grenades.

outlaw, I checked out your artwork and I can say you are one very talented guy. Seriously, top notch stuff, but you are being a bit sensative here. I didn't see him attack you, but rather point out a difference of experience.

I'd say both of you are right. I've had things die much faster than they should and at least thought I had seen a full bar AND some enemy do not reset from previous battles. Most reset if you bail out of their range, but if they kill someone else they normally stay at whatever health they have. This is quite common in tortuga cave where many people die fast lol.

I too have the siege charge and while it only has one dot so far, it does more damage than 5 dots on the standard grenade and it doesn't take more than maybe 1/3 off a low 30. Still, a fully worked grenade seems to be able to take off more damage on a first strike than a 5 dot flameskull and is still mostly my weapon of choice to soften up big guys before going after them with cutlass or dagger.

I was not heckling or interrogating you. I am just stating my factual experience on raiders. Tonight I worked on raiders at padres beach using grenades. After I stated my experience, I suggested that maybe yours was heavily damaged.

You being at lvl 4 grenade, and having 3 skill points on explosive, really suprises me that you were able to take down a lvl 31 raider in one shot, when I can't even do that using basic ammo skills.

My second post was just correcting your take on my level. And also stating that enemies don't always reset.
