you are nvr really a bad guild master if your nvr on
 your just bad when you do stupid stuff like kick a player out without a valid reason

Well Tom, you have to take care of the RL first, then worry about VR later when you do have the time to devote to it. That's my opinion at least. Just make sure your guild knows your situation, espcially some of the Officer's. Have fun online when you can. Take care and keep the wind in your face at all times.
