im looking for flotsams on isla tormenta for adorias family but i cant find them. anyone no where they r?

Usually just inside the cave entrance, and the cave to the far left. If there's another baddie in there, it will usually respawn as a flotsam.

(remember SEARCH is your friend, this is quite the common question)

If you see water, you want the other cave entrance.

Yes the member of Davy Jones that patrols the (non-water entrance as Hile mentioned), will spawn as Dregs or Flotsam. You can sometimes find another Flotsam in the dig area just past the entrance area.
