EITC soldiers in cave in tortuga
Hi,
I need help with this task. my task is to defeat someone disguised as an EITC soldier in the caves of tortuga. now, i have been to the caves and only see ugly grey dudes and a bunch of wasps and bats. what exactly do these soldiers look like and where is the cave the guy is in? also, my morale monitor keeps going down, what is it and what happens if it goes to 0%? thanks, lynn |

The EITC soldiers are in caves in Tortuga and Pt. Royal. They will be wearing grey uniforms instead of red and have names like "Thug", "Hired Gun" "Mercenary" etc. The are usually a very high level and hard to kill alone. Take a friend if you can.
As far as Morale goes, I don't think we've figured it out yet....

Ok, I was just having the same problem, but I got some help from a friend. On Tortuga you need to go to the Wild Woods. From there go into the Thieves Den cave. There will be three NPC's there. There is a Cadet that is level three, a Grunt that is level 15 or so and a Hired Gun that is level 14 I believe. The one you want to kill in the Hired Gun. If you are a lower level he is going to be very hard to defeat. Take a friend if you can and fight him that way. If you die, it's ok. You can simply run back to him and keep attacking him; he will be at the same health you left him at. Once you're done with that return to Carver and get the next part of his task.

we confirmed it this weekend that the hired gun is on a 30 minute spawn timer.. so if u get there and dont see anyone just wait around till u see a new red dot on your compass.and for the morale question.. the higher u keep it up the more damage u do and the better your chances are at getting gold or treasure for loot.. the easiest way to keep it up is playing cards or hunting in a crew.. walking around doing nothing will drop your morale..also hunting bugs and stuff do nothign for it either but EITC and skeltions help
