No, it doesn't mess with your computer. I don't think any adware or viruses are involved with this at all, because people wouldn't beta test if there were. Computers would go haywire, meaning less players. It is always a good idea to run Virus/adware scans whenever you go online anyways. I've known Disney to have good sites, but who knows.

Unless your system isnt strong enough to handle it and overheats, nope no problems software wise!

Major, MAJOR lag in the game, but it does not harm your computer.

The lag is unbearable, and recently the game crashes you every 10 minutes, and half the time it doesn't even log me in correctly, but it will not harm your computer.

Or at least, it hasn't harmed mine.

How do you become a tester? I registered with my Toontown username and it said thank you for registering and I got the welcome email, but how do you become a beta tester. If someone could PM how that would be cool.

After a while you get an email with a beta key. use that beta key, they say where in the email, and you can register an user. use that user to login on beta site, you see link to this site at email, and download game. than login and play...



but it's possible you don't get a beta key, i waited four months for my key. and they're releasing it soon.

I don't know if it does because I have not been invited to be a tester, but going by Disney's Toontown, it shouldn't.

I emailed the Dev's and asked nicely if i could join and i got a reply telling me they were going to tell me the required steps to finishing my account soon. I got that yesterday around 11 and now its 5:30pm now

as long as u have like a gig of memory a T1 or cable internet connection and at least an AMD x2 2800 this game is running ok anything less and the lag is aweful.. and also since we are testing the game on the same crappy servers they run there other games on if u have an intel in your system forget it u will get like 5 or less FPS.. I just hope next year if this game ever goes live they will put it in a real data center with high end stuff like wow or Sony.. then again since we are paying 10 bucks a month yet.. we cant be picky lol
