The Cobra Class Crewmen

Ahoy thar matey! If ye be wantin' to sail on me ships, the Cobra Class (Me ships are all named a color then Cobra. Ex: Crimson Cobra), ye'll need to fill out a couple forms. Please note: I can only take 8 crewmen. We will be using one of the following ships: Galleon, Frigate, Light Frigate, Light Galleon. If ye make it through the voyage, it promises lots of plunder - on the Frigate and Galleon, I usually come out with 1000 coins per trip. As of now me be havin' around 4700 coins. Most of the time we'll be sailing to Cuba to defeat ghost ships and possibly have an encounter with the Cuban Gang. Sometimes we'll head out into open sea and sink EITC ships, which promise lots of plunder. So, here's the form you need to fill out in order to join me crew!

Please say yes to the following:
I am not in the Cuban Gang.
I will not steer the ship unless told to by the captain.
I will listen to captain's orders.
If I am having problems, I will notify the captain.


Please only apply if you are at least Notoriety level 4.

As for me, I am cannons level 6, Cutlass level 5, Flintlock Pistol level 3, Sailing level 5, and notoriety level 6, soon to be 10 after today.

The crew will have chances to sail and increase their skills.

So I guess this means we will never be sailing together then. We really are not a bad lot just misunderstood that's all. Ask some folks that are not in our 85 member guild that have gotten along with us.

Think about it, we must be doing something right to have 85 members in the Cuban Gang Guild and that isn't counting Alt's. Plus 16 War Frigates rhat ye have to been a lvl 15 sailing in and have 20k in gold. They are nice with 14 cannons. Oh how about all our level 15-20 cutlas and pistols running around. Oh one more thing that most of us are either notoriety level 20-24.

Leave me thread now bluestink (oops, a true typo!) All ye do is create trouble. And also ye aren't a pirate - pirates don't shoot at other pirates with the exception of Davy Jones and Jolly Roger.

I would like to sail with you if you promise never to sink me or my friends again when we're in World 5 Cuba.

Well seeing ye just fired a shoot across me bow, about bluestink. Now here is return fire!!!

I see ye been in game a long, long, looong time and still low level or ye to busy doing ye 90 post that ye not playing the game.

Now here are some facts fer ye: Thanks to Goldskull me guy Jim Bluesteel went from a level 1 in sailing to a level 15 and got me War Frigate in 3 1/2 DAYS of playing with this Toon. (Not playing 24/7) No cheats were used either.
So humm who am I going to listen to Davy or Goldskull. :treas1:

Now as far as Cuban Waters I sent ye a PM, an invite because I have been watching ye and I like ye style of play.

We have on the most part never sunk anyone without reason. (Ask James Seafury about the big changes we have made out there). Bottom line is folks that come out there and are nice and polite we can and will return the favor. (There was a 3 day period things got crazy during the "Join us or Die" phase. (To much Hollywood) Now folks that come out to Cuba 5 and drag Navy ships with them, they become our enemies real fast. Those folks now we sink on sight. Fer a few folks and I won't even call them pirates come out and want to provoke us so we will play the cat and mouse game, at Cuba Sea 5. (We will not sail in Sea 6, that be safe waters for all).

There is a reason why we need to control the waters in Cuba Sea 5, it is because of our very large Guild, and we provide them round the clock training. (Well up in till we all got the E-mail from Disney about the server shut down for the rest of the Summer and starting over new in September).

If ye really like to know more about our rules of engagement just ask. (Bottom line is we ONLY attack if provoked). I have myself sunk 80 ships and I have never attacked anyone till I was provoked and I gave fair warning. (Now are there enemies out there we now sink on-sight, YES and we tell them sail safe in Sea 6). Disney is aware what is going on ye all have been giving them a ear full, for sure.

We are not bad and evil people, in fact we have some of the most helpful and caring pirates in this game. Half the pirates on the server at any given time are Cuban Gang members.

I would love to know who ye friends be that ye be talking about? :s_pirate1:

Yeah, the Cuban Gang actually has changed. They are all really nice, and they did
not shoot down my ship when I was attacking the skeleton ships. If you do go
there, just shoot the masts down first. I was working on my sailing and shot the
hull first will the broadside cannons, but they did not ram me or anything. They
just followed me to Isla Tormenta and told me to shoot the masts first.


All in all, Cuba is free, and the CG is great.
