Missing Membership
When I logged in today I discovered my full membership was missing and I had been reverted to basic membership...
I assumed for some reason my PayPal subscription hadn't paid for the next month automatically, so I paid for full membership once again... Then one hour later I’m disconnected from the server, I relogin and my account is once again on basic membership. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I’m just trying to find out if this is an isolated issue with just my account, or if its something which other people are experiencing too... I've emailed Disney about it, so if anyone else has this problem ill be sure to let you know the outcome of Disney's reply |

My account went 'basic' back in August - I called diectly and the support person told me that for some reason it stopped changing my account monthly, and they set it up on their end to once again handle the charge (I told them to change it to a yearly charge - but he still had to do some 'switching' of stuff)... I'd call or you may end up paying too much then have the hassle of trying to get that money back. |

Well I have discovered the problem... for some reason PayPal didn't pay up, the subscription was never actually added to my account.
So that will be why my subscription has been ending its self. I was going to start paying by debit card, but I noticed the billing info requires a zip code... I tried leaving it blank and it told me it was required, I tried using my postcode and I got told it was invalid... Can someone who has had this problem tell me how they got around it? |

The address and everything that you enter when you pay by debit card is the same as your mailing address that your bank has on record. It verifies it (I'm assuming) when you input your information. So if you want to pay by debit card theres no way around it. At least I don't think so.

Wait..
I'm an idiot It was a few weeks ago I found out that I couldn't pay by debit card and I forgot what it was I couldn't enter, turns out its state not zip code So I need to know what you should select for state if you live in the UK, any help would be greatly appreciated

Give them a call directly to the Toll Free Number that Maximvs recently posted. Explain Disney your situation and hope they can charge you via Phone since you're having Country Code issues.
