Cutlass-How do I skip Cleave?

Basically the cutlass is a giant mess after this. On top of that big D got themselves in a mess. What are they going to do now about all the pirates with skipped combos. Soon all the upcoming players find themselves in pvp with players with 5 points in skipped combos and slaughtering them - complaints.
This only leaves basically one thing, more downgrades to characters.

With cutlass having a 5 combo, this leaves a big lack in skill points to build up the combos, and leave points for blade storm or other choices.

I know from my end I stated all this on test, but it obviously was another ignored problem.

My characters now have blade storm, and passives, and just enough to level in a few other skills. That is for characters that didn't have skipped combos how I wanted them.
