Ahoy everyone,


The Tortuga Knights have started to grow nicely and we currently have over 30 beta testers ready for the guild system to be created by disney.. We use Team speak to organize play.. for anyone who doesnt know what that is it is a free little program that allows you to voice chat with other people playing online games.. This Sat at roughly 8pm Eastern time we will be holding our first official unoffical stress test.. we plan on landing on cuba and hitting the cave.. we are looking for anyone player who wants to join us.. if u are not in a crew when u get there just let us know and we will find a spot for you since your xp points mulitpy by the number of people in your crew. The system currently allows 8 pirates in each crew.. last week we had 5 ful crews it was great.. we have 10 large ships at our diposal.. right now I dont know what Servers will be online that night or what Teamspeak connection we will have up so Saturday evening after we all log in i will send another message here to let everyone know.. Since we do not have an in game mail system yet.. you can PM here with questions and I will send u the teamspeak info.. Hope to see you

well in other MMo's it works great its good times.. the tuff part of trying this in beta is half my buddies are lagging like a drunk snnal so it kinda sucks but we are going to try it and see what happens.. LOL if we crash the server then at least disney will know how many more months they have to test

Are there any requirement to join? I like the idea of using that chat system. I've used it in WoW, it works nicely.
Anyway, I just need to know if i need to be a certain level or anything else.

Luckily I get Saturday and Sunday off this week from work, so I'll most likely be there.

right now since we are all testing we have not made offical Guild laws or anyhting yet.. but we would never have lvel requirements beacuse a big part of being on a guild is to have your guildies get your lv up for you.. the only thing I do see that is going to a little tuff is that since all the quests and main parts of the game will be on the real paid memeber servers.. any player planning on playign the free little 3 lv 2 island version of the game.. might feel left out.. but that's all.. at least this game is a few bucks cheaper then my WOW and SWG bills right now lol

thank you for all that showed up we had like 15 or 20 people hit the beach then the server crashed by the time i could back on everyone was either gone or still trying to log back in.. we will try to plan something for upcoming holiday
