Jack Sharkbane here to give a proposition for you. I have looked over the threads, and a have viewed your guild for quite some time, now. you seem like a crafty bunch,
fit for anything. now, tell me this: If i asked if my guild, an almost all males guild, to partner with the War Wenches? Think long, and hard, Bella. Long, and hard.

as one of the male guildmates of the war wenches i find your post rather immature. I can't speak for any of the other wenches but i think they like to be an independent bunch.

I find it to be a rather odd request... What's the benefit for us being an Ally with a guild that's brand new?

I have yet to see any 'benefit' or purpose behind guild's creating "allies" etc within the game, since guilds do not even compete against each other, scores would never be combined, etc. There are no battles between guilds, no wars, and all pirates tend to be friends overall.. so im curious, whats the point?

That being said, I would also have to agree with Mlratto, and Mercedes.

I think that some people just dont 'get' the guild thing in the first place.
Similar to posting in forums, some think its all about numbers.
Quality is WAY more important than quantity.

Its not about numbers, its not about skills, its not about ability, its almost ALWAYS about personality.

Plus my observation has been most adult players will also want to play around adults.

Precisely, in so many different instances!! For being in a similar mood as me, you still have quite the way with words Zep! My brain is still as good as dead to the world.

I agree with Zep. There is really no reason to create allies. There are several though that If I see I will stop and say hi to or crew with. Duces and PIC for example. We have gotten to know them well here in the forums and ingame. They have shown themselves to be trustworthy and as respectable as pirates can be LOL. For example, I know they will not mooch rep or go off half ****ed at any ship on the sea.

As for your guild I know little about them. Give it some time and you may fall inthe above catagory eventually. But as for formal alliances....as stated above the Wenches are and independent bunch and do not create them. We may when/if the game calls for it.

Oh yea..... Please do not address me as the boss of the Wenches so to speak. I may be the GM but in NO WAY am I the boss. NO decision affecting the guild is made by me alone. It is always voted upon by the officers. And I even try and get everyones opinion before any action is taken. I do not consider myself in anymore of a position of power than someone who joined 2 days ago........

Get him Bella... ARRRRRRG! Personally I thought his proposition was HILARIOUS! Maybe I'm childish for that but .. come on now.. who hasnt made a comment like that on vent once or twice.. We are adults here.. and like they said We aren't much for allies.. we may team up on occasion but still.. We are The War WENCHES!!! not warriors, or warlords, or any other manly name :') Hey when is the next wench nite? Sorry didn't coem over today Bella.. It's been a lazy day... plus gotta save money.. we are WAY beyond broke atm...

NP Rage, Steve (AKA Skulley) and I went to the grocerystore and it was an all day event!!! We wern't even home.

BTW I should have looked closer....It was NOT Swash that asked but another member of the guild.

I'm closing this thread. He probably feels bad for even asking and we kinda came across as Wenches if ya get me drift. Not an image I want us to protray cuz we arent!!!! Well.....not REALLY but we can be......
