Lights out in the parlor?

I think the darkness comes with the time of day - and the latest update to the sky.

The best test of this is Tormenta... when its night outside its actually darker in the cave then during the daytime. This effect goes for all buildings and structures - but I noticed that some buildings are dark (like REALLY dark) when its night outside... leaving me to colclude that the new code for the sky isnt applied to all the buildings (hence they just go black).
