lvling weapon skills

i need help lvling ,my weapons my notoriety is 13 and my weapon skills are:
Cannon-4
Sailing-9
Cutlass-6
Pistol-6
Voodoo Doll-5
Dagger-4

i just realized how unbalanced i was so if someone could give me areas or any kind of help on where to lvl my individual weapons i would greatly appreciate it

Alright well, if I were you I'd start with cutlass. And with those skills I'm guessing your in the notoriety range of level 11-15 (or 10). I'd practice in Fort Charles if I were you. That's a good spot to level your Cutlass, Voodoo, and Dagger. You can level up the sailing and cannon later, because your not going to approach the war fleet for quite some time.

You can also try out kingshead, but just don't go near the 7 navy bunch! Try individually, but if I were you I'd wait for kingshead.

Fort Charles in Port Royal is my suggestion.

Edit: Ok buddy, did you just put in that 13 or did I totally miss it?! Well if it wasn't there, HA, I KNEW IT!

Edit: that 13 was always there i changed the list because i was able to level my cutllass 2 times in fort charles in about 20 mins so thanks for that tip. once i get it to 8 ill lvl my voodoo and dagger
