The Unknown townfolk

Did he get removed or something? Cuz I have the quest to defeat them, but I can not find them any where. I know we all been wondering about them so I figured I should start a thread about them.

Now what do you guys/gals think?

Did he get removed and the quest wasn't removed

I talked to a online chat support and this is what I got:

TRISTA:I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this quest. What does the quest say to find in your Journal?
FILLYTEEN:it says General Hex haunts the Misy Mire, a swamp in Tortuga the Genral is protected by the undead body guards, and it wants me to find the unknown townfolk and beat him
FILLYTEEN:but the problem is, I can't find him
TRISTA:I see. And to verify, is this on the Live server or the Test server?
FILLYTEEN: the test server
TRISTA:Unfortunately, I am only able to offer limited assistance with the Test server as it is constantly updating and features are being added and taken away on up to an hourly basis. Please allow me a few moments to see if I can gain any additional information regarding this quest on the Test server.
FILLYTEEN: ok
TRISTA:Thank you for your patience. It looks like there is a known issue with this quest and the person you are meant to visit is not currently available in the Misty Mire. Our engineers are aware of the issue and working to find the trouble and correct it as soon as possible. Hopefully, they should have this issue corrected and have him back on the Test Server soon. Once a fix is found, it will be released and downloaded automatically, and you'll see an indication of such in the "News" section of the launcher.

TRISTA:You're certainly welcome! I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more assistance with this, but is there anything else I can help you with?
FILLYTEEN: yah, why do the fly traps now move from their stationary spot?
FILLYTEEN: they used to not move, and now they move when you attack them, I was just currious of why that was changed
TRISTA:The way a Fly Trap moves in the game was changed in order to prevent them from being "picked on" by having to remain stationary during attack. It allows for more of a "fair fight", so to speak, as most Flytraps are usually lower in level.
FILLYTEEN: oh ok lol, it makes it more interesting for the grenades to be leveled up, I was just shocked when it moved, and thats about it. Is there any chance that I can tell my fellow pirates on the forums about this? It won't let me copy our chat, and I am finished
TRISTA:I can certainly understand, as an avid player myself, I was also a bit surprized. A transcript of our chat will be sent to you at the end of our session today. It may take up to 15 minutes to arrive, but you should be able to copy and paste from that. The task to defeat an unknown townsfolk should actually say to defeat General Hex, but they messed up, so gotta wait for a fix to get the new doll.

There seem to be a lot of bugs with this new quest being out isn't there lol. Well, I hope they fix them soon, and before they bring it out to the open server.

I found that annoying as well, and the same with the chat bug arg!

At least they say they are trying to fix it.

Glad I can keep you guys informative, it drove me up the wall the day of when I tried it and the day after, then eventually I waited until this morning and talked to a support person, err who ever that was.

Yeah I thought I had been dipping into the rum stash a little to much when a flytrap was chasing me through Misty Mire... But I guess they are supposed to do that.. Just surprised me to be chased by a giant plant with an attitude
