Captain Barbossa, easily one of the better villains of all time. Davy Jones, comes a close second, especially thanks to the amazing special effects put into him.

Will Turner. His style is just too cool in my opinion.
Second favorite is Jack Sparrow, his comedy is one of my favorite parts of the movies.
