Problem With War Frigate Crew Bonuses

If you steer a war frigate with a crew and some of the crew shoots at the front, your crew bonus for those crew members goes away. For example, you have a crew of five and two people shoot from the front. When you first get on the war frigate your crew bonus is 40%. Then when those two run to the front, your crew bonus is 30%.
