I need to get a EITC frigate or galleon but I can't get any. Why is it so hard to get charcoal from the EITC ships?

I found that galleons, although listed, seldom have charcoal.
My experience has pointed towards the frigates as being the most likely target to have this item.

Sometimes it can be tough, as the random rules im sure occasionally keep 'missing' hehe.

Keep at it! Relog, change servers, change what your journal is tracking. Sometimes these actions tend to 'wake up' the game. But perhaps thats just us humans thinking it helps because we are at least trying something. hehe

There's an EITC corvette by outcast and one between tortuga and rumrunners.
EITC can be found(normaly) by Padres Del Fuego too.
There are Orges usually between outcast and padres.
The EITC galleons aren't too common but if yoiur out by Padres and Outcast you can find some.
It takes time.

Also once you get the grenades I say level them up as much as you can. You really don't want to end up like me and have level 13 grenades at level 38 nort.

In most of the ship quests ( not all) you can also take out a Light Frigate or Light Galleon and it will work. So if your sailing skill is not high or you can't get crew, go after the lower level "light" versions.
