Aye matey, the double gold was fun.

I pulled in about 10000 during todays event, not as quick even as Blackjack, but im out of cheat cards, so it was the best thing going for now. hehe I also think I replenished some of my cheat cards.

I plundered about four thousand for today.
I got 1k everytime I came back from my ship.
It was fun and I can't wait until day two.

Wow you guys got lucky i was unfortunatly not on yesterday at the time of the event. Hopefully i can pull it together and go gold mining in tormenta during todays event!

Yes Chris my pirate be a lv 39 so Johnny Mcvane be given me Quests for 205 gold but when i got me reward 410 GOLD.

Double gold was not happening at the card tables--but that would have been very nice after the poker night the Krewe had last night.

I have a feeling the answer to that would be "No." However, I don't actually know for sure. Just be careful mate--you only get 1/2 the gold you paid for the ship in the first place (normally, at least) so I wouldn't actually try it out unless you were planning on selling that ship anyway.

I sold my light galleon and got 1/2 the purchase price. Then I bought a second war galleon, as I had too much gold on hand. Got my gold below 1k (for the first time in many months.) Then went out and did this:

3304 is a new record, yes? 1652 on its own is amazing.

By the end of the two+ hours sailing, I was over 18k. Not half as good as blackjack per hour, but WAY more satisfying and fun.
