How do I get a Voodoo Staff?
 Do I have to reach a certain level before I can get a voodoo staff? If someone could let me know that would be great!-Thanks

Once you reach notoriety level 30 you will be given a quest for it by Tia.

Like he said level 30 and you get the quest it involves defeating a stump skeleton ship and other stuff from the wild creatures
