I'm trying to get the last warrant but when I get there I keep getting interupted when I search and when I don't it says there's nothing there. Where is the last warrant?

The "Nothing interesting here" only shows up if you can't search something. That is mutually exclusive with being interrupted while searching. So you must have been searching different places.

Check your JOURNAL. There are hints there that will tell you which one it is - the door immediately to the right of Doc Grog's place (as you leave his place, turn right) - or the fort in the middle-ish level of Thieves Den. If it is that fort, then go straight into it, kill the two lvl 8 thugs and search. Bring a friend along to make it quick and easy...even crew matching should help for that. Otherwise, say what server you are on (and when you plan to be there, including time zone.)
