ok we have yet again modified our guild rules for the OFFICERS [and GuildMaster] only..

officers are now to greet the guild when they sign in.. not all of them know this yet, since there are weekenders, but by this weekend all officers will know this and be using it when they come on.. they are to say..

also we are starting Guild Raids and Guild Sailing with as full of a crew as we can get..

Last night for example there were 12 sailing and we had a blast.. One member of the crew was non-guild, so we are sailing with members outside the guild..

Officers should encourage Guild Raids and Guild Sailing by putting out a crew invite..

We need to help our members have fun and level, including OFFICERS who have not yet Mastered their pirates..

Also tell new recruits about the Guild Raids and Guild Sailing as they are interesting things that we do as a "family" unit..
