Navy Guards- Help?

Heya everybody!

I'm sort of- ok, I'm really stuck. I can't seem to figure out where the Navy Guards are that I'm supposed to steal release orders or something for. Can anyone help?Thanks!

The navy guards are on the farthest left side of Port Royal from the half boat. They are on a hill over a bridge, but the lowest level they come in is level 3 (next lowest, level 5) so you might want to take a friend along to help - They are really great at double teaming you.

They don't double team as much anymore after the new update. You just have o worry about the guards outside of the jail in Port Royal now. With the lag, it is easier to TP out of there instead of run, now that the Fort is full of navy guards.

How do you TP? Do you need to have friends or a crew to do that?

To TP, you go to the map and click anywhere any any island and you will TP to that spot. Sure beats getting mauled by the navy guards.
