Need help also...imagine that

I no longer have any story chapters, so to fill my time I was running around doing quests, but I cannot even get any of those now. I have already created new Pirates 3 separate times and keep ending up here with no story after buying my ship. I cannot find a crew and even if I had a crew I don't have a clue where I should sail to.

Arghhh, this Pirate's life just ain't working out for me.

What level are you? You should be a fairly high level if you have completed all the quests. If you are a high enough level you could go to one of the more difficult islands and fight hard enemies to try and get to level 15 on a skill. If sailing is more your thing, find a crew (it takes a lot of patience but it's worth it) and take down phantom War Frigates.

Has someone actually finished a quest? I can get close, but can never complete any of them for Jack Sparrow's crew.

Oops, maybe I phrased that all wrong, the townspeople "Mercenary Quests" are what I am referring to. You know, cleaning up the beach, recovering earrings, yada, yada, yada. I have never gotten off the original Port Royal. Can't get anyone to join my crew or find a crew to join to get off this blasted island.

What have you been given to do? Have you done Tia Dalma? What level is the pirate you are trying to play? Did you do cutlass training?
