Please help!!

I'm doing the Doc Grog quest and I don't know where to find a huge alligator. Can anyone help? My pirate name is Selena Spearblood and I'm currently in Port Royal on the Antama Ocean server. Thanks!! I found a huge alligator, does anyone know where I can find Corvettes?

There is one huge alligator to be found on Tortuga, in Misty Mires. As you approach a giant crab there are torchs to the side, the Huge gator is just past those torchs. Otherwise, you can sail to Padres Del Fuego, run through Becketts Quarry to El Suduron, which has all the huge gators you can want in the river there.

You can find Huge Gators in Cutthroat Jungle, El Sudoron in Fuego, and probably a few other jungle places. Hope this helps!

EDIT: Zep pretty much covered it all!

Well, I have seen Corvettes in the following locations:

Behind Rums - it rotates though with a Setinel (Light EITC Gal) and the occasional higher Navy ship - so you may not find one there (unless you sink the Setinel or other nearby Navy, then it may come up in rotation next).

See one just off Cutthroat this morning (non-flagged), donno where it caome from though. Also see the odd one behind Cuba towards Tormenta, but once again its an on-off scenario.

The Corvette Flagship starts at Kingshead, sails behind Cutthroat and over to Outcast Isle, then turns around and sails all the way back. Keep in mind being a 'flaggie' you have to cripple and board it (usually 3 dudes Level 7 to 14) to get the credit of this ship.

Everyone has grappling hook ability by default.

When you take control of a cannon, it is displayed on the far right (a circle with some rope and a hook in it, #8).

This is the only way to "grapple" a disabled flag ship.

Load grapplehook in cannon, fire at green circles.

I only just noticed. Can any of you help crew the ship please? I only have myself at the moment and I don't think that's enough.

Its enough, if you can defeat the enemies on the ship you board alone, that is usually the hard part.

As for crew, try to find folks in the game to crew up, theres a "Looking for crew" option you can use to help find people. As for POF users, indicate approximate time, ocean (server, press M, its at top of map), and where to meet you, and they often show up to help out!

You can also get to El Suduron by swimming around Padres until you reach the beach. Evade enemies until you go through the cave entrance. This MIGHT be a little easier than Becketts Quarry if you are low-med level. There are still dangerous enemies but not quite so many as in the quarry.
