It is 20% or the first crew mate plus 5% for each addition.
Also, pirates need to remember that with net lag it takes more than a second for the healer to see, lock, and attune you.
I agree with avoiding the voodoo dance, but if it is needed, the healer needs to keep in mind that other players can't help until there is a stop in the dance.
