Where is the best place in the Caribbean to shop for clothes for both male and female pirates?

I've seen some male pirates with what looks like plaid clothes and some female pirates with strapless tops. Where do you buy these at? I looked all over PR, Tortuga, and PDF, but none of the shops I tried had the cool clothes.

I seen the strapless tops at both Padres and Port Royal. havent looked at Cuba or Tortuga. They are on something like pages 20 to 25 of the shirts, I think under the word vests possibly? Take a look at both shirts and vests and usually start by scroling backwards since there are so many pages of them.
