The corvette flag spawns on the left side of the island (coming in from cuthroat), i sat and spawned killed it, for alot of the new weapon quests, try to saty on the left side of its spawn though because theres a MoW that spawn near it and immediately broadsides.

After spending a couple hours, on several quiet different servers, it does look like the EITC Corvette is now spawning closer to Cutthroat Isle...sort of....
Most often when I first got to a server it was sailing around just south and east of Outcast, near the Marauder spawn on western side of Mariners Reef; however, I couldn't get the Corvette to respawn in the same location twice. The best way I could describe what I experienced is to say that the Corvettes seemed to respawn on a a diagonal line through Smugger's Run that trends generally southwest-northeast, from just north of Kingshead to just south of Cutthroat. It definitely still sails the same route it did before, so it still frequents Outcast quite a bit. In other notes on expanded sailing routes, the Colossus seems to be making regular trips into Smuggler's Run toward Outcast. I've had it chase me over there since the most recent major update (30 April), but I hadn't yet witnessed it sailing that direction with such frequency. |

My best luck with the Vette has been just to the Right of KH - it then sails across the path between KH and Outcast, between PR and Padres, to finally end up behind PR...
I got 6 in a row there, then went off to help other Guilders with items... I haven't been back to check the spot, but thats been my best area. |

If you can take the Corvette between the east side of Tormenta, and the west side of Kingshead, then you should definitely be able to see the respawn on camera.
I guess it'll take me a while to track everything down again. Between the beginning of February and the end of March I logged about 8 hours worth of sailing where I did nothing but watch respawn patterns, find the dead spots on the oceans, and tail flagships to watch them sail their full route. I just haven't had the chance to play that much since the 30 April updates happened. |

Actually, they did. The Man-O-War moved from Blackheart Strait/Rumrunner's Isle to Smuggler's Run/Kingshead (the Centurion was formerly stationed at Smuggler's Run/Kingshead).
The Colossus didn't really move, but it is more committed to Dead Man's Trough/Isla Tormenta; now, it usually stays south of the small patch of Bloody Bayou that wraps around the south side of Cuba, but it runs out into the Leeward Passage. |
