With the Swarm populated as such, I take you want a damage piece? Poke is much more convenient for the reload time, so 5 into that, another point into Swarm, and the remaining 5 as you counted (I didn't bother as of yet) into Life Drain would make for a quick-automatic.

Anyway, you'll have 3 more skill points at the end of the tenure of the leveling of the doll , seeing as 26 is what you'll end with. I'd put those points into Heal, though you may want one in Shackles. If this is your first pirate, it's hard not to see a skill in action, no matter what you heard.
