Come here why doncha! Anyway, as it works with the doll, you attune an enemy or friend by pressing control with them in front of you. The spells Heal and Cure can only be used on a friend. The others get used on enemies. Anyway, once you attune a target, you take actions by pressing the numbers corresponding to the wanted attack, or by clicking them at the bottom of the screen. Easy peezy lemon squeezy.
With the staff, probably a ways away, you only have a damage piece. You may not heal or help with this weapon, unless that help needed happens to be some enemies licking your friend's chops. Anyway, you merely charge up, and release. Inadequate charge adds up to a fizzle. Doing spells with both weapons takes up some of your voodoo. Its gauge is right under your health gauge. |

What he said. But he forgot to mention the key tactic:
Once the enemy is attuned, you can cast on them while running. If you run too far away from their spawn point, they will disengage, so just run in circles. Using this, you can take down enemies that are far above your level (avoid casters and others with range attacks). Giant Crabs work really well. |

The biggest drawback to voodoo is that you have to be practically touching an enemy to attune them while they in many cases seem to be able to attune you from a completely different planet.

Seeing as they died as Witchdoctors or Gypsies and you probably just started a wee while ago, seems fair to me. I am much more attractive than an undead Witchdoctor or Gypsy. Does that seem fair?
Regardless, there ain't no regiment of training for voodoo in the game, as it just ain't regimented. |
