You get the quest at level 30

In your weaps section it will say, Voodoostaff unlocked at level 30, and if you havent gotten grenade yet, it will say unlocked at level 20.

Im a lvl 29 waiting for last few experience points and since my story quest is 99% percent done i fight
 and sail  and sometimes die  but i get lots of  in my adventures
|
