I've read in past threads about the trivia game, but I was wondering where I'd find information on the trivia game that's running right now. I gathered that it would run for a few months and then reset from the older threads, does the same still apply and how much longer will it be running if it is? I apologize if it's stated someone else, but I swear I've looked everywhere!! I get lost in the pantry though, so.. That should explain me..

The trivia game is hosted on live chat. You can access the various different channels from the Home Page here at POF. If you look on the right hand side of the home page, you'll see a link to chat, enter the nickname you'd like to use and click enter. Be sure not to use spaces in any nickname you use. This will take you to a Java chat application.

To join the trivia channel, type /j #piratetrivia or /join #piratetrivia. If the game is not actively running, type !trivia and it will start.

If you are unfamiliar with the live chat and need help, feel free to ask one of the Ops/Mods - they have the @ symbol next to their names.

Some handy links regarding chat - a lot of us prefer to using mIRC, so I've added the link to a guide for setting that up.

The top ten people on trivia get a scrolling forum name until the scores are reset again. The awards/reset are usually 3-4 months apart.
