they have not blocked it yet so anyone can put stuff on the home page but im SURE once mods find it they will delete the thread and or move it to its correct place
and im sad to say it look like they will block it  bc of people posting things that should be somewhere else i guess these forums are getting to big

We've been pretty lucky so far that people haven't posted too much spam or not news threads in the news. I don't see that we have to block that forum from new threads at this time. If people start spamming up the news, that may just very well change.

Basically we like to allow people to post updates to the game as soon as they see them, therefore keeping out site the most up to date resource
