What is it and how does one replenish it? Is this new with this version or did I just not see it in the older build?

It is new but I am not sure how it works exactly.
It looks like it drops while you're fighting and goes up outside of fights but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me how its working.

my morality meter is gone entirely, was at 99% yesterday and dropped steadily and then just went away.

Mine usually says 91%, then the bar beneath it drops to zero and I hit the deck and wake up in jail. Obviously the two are not synced.
I have not figured out a way to build it back up, mine goes down increasingly and only improves when I spend time in jail. Maybe it's an attitude adjustment!

I have noticed the same thing, builds back up in jail. I like the attitude adjustment theory.

Yeah, I'm figuring that when you're not fighting or in jail, your morality goes up. Seems logical anyways.
