Basic access quests.
What NPC quests are there on basic access?
& Are there any digging quests on basic access? You see, I've maxxed out everything, and can't upgrade to unlimited because of the country I'm in, which is a bummer, so I was wondering which quests are available via NPCs.  Jeena xxXxx

There are a few NPC on PR (Sam Seabones by the shipwright has a dig one too). When you say you cant upgrade, whys that. Did you need a game card and they dont sell them there?.

you can but u have to lie about where u live .-. anyway there are a few try looking around tortuga and port royal for people with gold treasure chests above their heads

Oh, okays, I'll try Sam Seabones, I think I might have done that one though =O
I can't upgrade because I'm in the UK, so can't fill in all the data about where I live and everything because we don't have states or zip codes. & I don't think game cards exist in the UK. Quote:

You can do Sam Seabones' quest as many times as you like, but you have to log off between them. The same for Josie McReedy and Johnny McVane (land quests), and Bartholomew Watkins (sailing).
To find a zip code for any U.S. city, go to www.usps.gov and it will give you the info. Then you can send that letter to your American friend (wink). |

im having the same problem everything make out except voodo doll level 6.5 u might want to try the guy in the tatto parlor in port royal not the tattoo artisit but the guy being tattoed he give u 225 notoreity im level 13 what about u

Oh, I'll try that, thanks rade775, and try up in Fort Charles, try taking on a few grunts, or high level veterans with the voodoo doll. =]
