How do you get this game to work right???

1.Its laggy as hell.
2.Its too dark to see anything.
3.The game will not go to full screen even if you choose fullscreen in the options.

Get a new graphics card. Your card cannot load the textures. For the darkness you will have to adjust your monitors settings.

Again, the lag is most likely caused by an old graphics card. The extra strain from loading all the textures and models is likely slowing your processing speed dramatically.

I play in a window and adjust the dimensions to full screen.
It is dark but it also lightens up considerably at times, put in a report about how dark it is.
Hang in there on the lag. You can update your graphics drivers but as things are improved in the game the lag will also be improved. I see many players also lagging in-game. Also, the amount of people playing at the time you are will affect the lag as well. I found a quiet time last night where I was able to move pretty freely.

It is more than laggy as hell, it is terrible. Update my graphics card..again?? Sorry but this sounds like the same old bs disney has fed us for years with toontown. I am willing to update my card, but Disney better fix things on their end if they want people to actually pay for this game.

POTBS:
Windows Sytem XP/Vista, 1.5 GHz or AMD Athlon 1.5 GHz, with 512 MB or more of RAM, 128 MB 3D video card supporting Pixelshader 2.0 and a broadband connection.

POTCO:
PC running Windows XP
2 GHz or faster processor
1 GB RAM
128 MB video card
I beta test POTBS and their requirements are about equavalants however their graphics are better and there is absolutely no lag even on the highest video setting. POTCO is runnig way to laggy to even play at the lowest setting and yes I have updated all of my drivers, videom sound and all of that ****. Im not gonna waste 200 bucks for a top notch videocard not to mention I would probably run into a money pit.(Power supply units and CPU etc etc...)However I still have some faith in disney, they may get things straightened but if not, im out...Yea and my computer almost stalled when I was fighting two pirates at a time in POTCO...

Well hang in there. I can tell you from way back when I did beta testing for Toontown and it was also so laggy but was improved a little bit with each update.
I also will not spend a bunch on a new card because the game needs to be playable on an average machine (in my opinion).

They most likely don't have all of their server's up and everything (in beginning they only did have one but they have gone up to four lately). By the time they release the game for everyone, if you have the requirements they listed before you will be fine.
