I Bellatrix Blackbones along with Kat Calicogrim and Misty do hereby promote LIB FEATHERS to Officer of the War Wenches.

congratulations Lib!! you deserve the promotion to officer. since you joined the wenches, i have spent many hrs with u on pirates and you have been a great help and even a greater friend. again....congrats!
