Each clothing item can be found on a different island, but only the main islands (Port Royal, Tortuga, or Padres Del Fuego). If you're having with the Tortuga item, remember, there are 2 Tailors on Tortuga.

Can someone please help me remember where the dowsing rod locations are again? It's been a really long time since I completed this quest and I have two guildies who are struggling. I think I'm one of the few that felt this quest didn't jive with the rest of the game.
