I can't upgrade ....
I have tried daily over the past couple of weeks to get Crimson back to her full status. Almost every time I click on Upgrade, I can't get past the point where you choose how much you'd like to pay. The screen after that is framed with stuff, but the center remains blank.
A couple of times I have got past that far. The screen doesn't stay blank, there is a compass whirling in the middle if it. It asks me how I want to pay, then takes me to PayPal, sets up an agreement, then tells me to pay. At that point it tells me there has been an error during the processing and it can't complete the transaction.
I have been in touch with Disney about it and got an email back. They said it is because of something wrong with my computer, and won't help me any further. Well, I went to my brother's house, who is a former computer consultant and whose computer is more up-to-date than mine, and I got the same results.
Plus my computer is not that old. Funny that Disney is not terribly anxious to take my money from me. You'd think they'd make their money-collecting software as universal as possible to make sure that everyone can send them money.
Has anyone else had any problems like this?
